UNO student Scott Limbeck, 24, died Sunday night from injuries caused by a hit-and-run last week, Omaha Police told local media sources.
Limbeck, a business and real estate major, suffered from a broken skull and was in a medically induced coma for a week at Creighton University Medical Center, media sources said.
The Gateway reported on Feb. 5, that Limbeck attended a housewarming party last Sunday near 60th and Poppleton Streets, where the incident occured. Three unwanted guests tried to pick a fight at the party and were asked to leave.
Limbeck was sitting outside when the party crashers left and saw one of them hit his car. The crashers ran Limbeck over as he approached the street to get thier license plate number. The crashers drove off, leaving him in near-death condition.
Limbeck was set to graduate in May.

I hate hearing stories like this. One, this man was way to young to die. Two, I hate corwards who run and hide from their mistakes.
