A UNO student has been cited for two counts of unlawful intrusion and was banned and barred from campus after the Omaha Police Department responded to a radio call made to UNO, according to a statement released by the OPD on Feb. 1.
Twenty two-year-old Frank Marescalco allegedly planted a video camera in a laundry pile in a women's restroom and taped at least two girls while they were using the restroom and showering, according to the statement.
