Offensive graffiti found on the steps, arches of Reese Phifer Hall

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (U-WIRE) - Monday morning, chalk graffiti containing offensive pictures and words were found covering the front steps of Reese Phifer Hall and the arches under them. UA spokeswoman Cathy Andreen said the graffiti was found by people entering the building.
